Cleverom Customer Support Policy
This Cleverom support policy is issued under and form part of the Cleverom Terms of Service or other Cleverom agreement which references this policy. In order to better enable the resolution of incidents and to reflect the ongoing development in our Support practices, with notice to Customer, Cleverom may modify this Support Policy, but any modifications will not materially decrease Cleverom’s overall Support obligations during a Subscription Term.
Basic Support
- Contact Support. Customer may report errors or an abnormal behavior of the Service (“incidents”) by contacting Cleverom through the support form. Cleverom is committed ensuring that each of our customers receive the necessary Support in the event of incident, but under our Basic support Cleverom is not obligated to resolve such incidents and reserves the right to determine the resolution of incidents in its sole discretion.
